Delivery and Pick Up Information

We are open for pick up:

Monday through Friday:  9:30am - 7:00pm

Weekends and Holidays  9:30am - 2:00pm

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING – IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

For The Love of Dog Wellness Centre is located at  8795 Baldwin St N · Ashburn, On. Please refer to our hours of operation for pick ups and scheduled visits and appointments. 

Please use the notes option in your cart to let us know your pick up preference when you place your order. This includes the day and time you would like to pick up your order, and any special instructions or questions you may have.

 Picking Up Your Order

All items in the store are for pickup only (unless otherwise indicated). Upon completion of your order, a member of our team will contact you with our address so you can arrange to pick up your order. If you have any questions, contact us at info@lovemydograwdiet.ca

Please let us know the day and time you’d like to pick up your order and any special instructions in the comments section when you place your order at checkout.

Food pick up:
We are 40 minutes NE from Toronto and open 7 days a week for pick up.
Food amounts can be ordered for 1 month, 2, 6 or any length of time.

Please phone ahead to ensure you’re not waiting around.

FRESH food buckets and boxes pick up:
Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday: 9:30am – 2pm

* ORDER CUT OFF FOR FRESH FOOD ONLY IS 6PM SUNDAY

Regarding Delivery

Delivery is available Monday - Friday in Toronto, GTA, Newmarket, Durham Region Email for prices.

Delivery available on request excluding fresh boxes. 

Delivery rates are determined by address and by the courier. 48 hours is required, please contact us for rates.

Someone needs be home to pick up the order and to pay the courier. We will try to accommodate your hours. Most deliveries are made in either afternoon or early evening.

We have delivery to happy raw diet customers in Bowmanville, Courtice, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Scarborough, Rouge Valley, Markham, Uxbridge, Unionville, The Beaches, Downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, Bolton, Brampton, Mississauga,  Mimico,  Cobourg, Port Hope, Grafton, Orono, High Park, Yonge & Eglinton, Cabbagetown, Leslieville, the Danforth, and Agincourt. 

 All store prices are listed in CAD. Orders are processed via Shopify secure checkout. We do not store your credit card information. Ordering is available within Ontario only.
